Refund policy
Returns & Refunds
Items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Please ensure your hands and unpacking location are clean prior to opening your item.
To initiate a return, send an email to wishbonequilting@gmail.com containing your order number, the items you would like to return and a detailed reason for your return. Depending on the reason for your return, we may require pictures of the items prior to sending a return label.
Once we receive the return, we will review your request and inspect the returned items. If approved, we will refund the original cost of the returned item(s) minus shipping costs. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that refunds may take several days to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
Conditions for Return

All returns must be immaculately clean, unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all tags and ribbons attached. Items not returned in the aforementioned condition are not eligible for a refund.

Items exposed to smoke or pets are not eligible for returns or refunds.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping their item to Wishbone Quilting. The shipping fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Refund amounts will be for the original cost of the returned item(s) minus shipping costs.

Shipping costs are not eligible for refund.

Sale items or items marked as “all sales final” are not eligible for refund.
